RESERVATIONS
You can reserve the apartment by sending us an simple e-mail. Upon receipt of your request we will confirm the availability of the apartment and its price. If you accept our proposal, to confirm your reservation you will have to make the payment (see PAYMENTS below).
PAYMENTS
The confirmation of the booking occurs via payment: sum of the total cost agreed for period in question, the final cleaning of the apartment and the deposit (see RATES AND DEPOSIT below). 15% of the cost of the period is considered down payment (see CANCELLATION). We accept bank transfers, checks or international money orders. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation of your booking. The apartment will not be considered booked until the full payment has been received
RATES
Rates are expressed in Euro and represent weekly prices (from Sunday to Sunday) and include the use of fully equipped kitchens, all utilities (electricity, gas, heating, water), bed linen and towels, taxes and initial cleaning of the apartment. Final cleaning is not included in the price and amounts to 50 Euro. The apartment must be left in the same conditions it was received in.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 200 Euro is also required when making the reservation. This deposit will be returned after your stay in casa Ponis, or partly/fully retained if damage has been made to the property or anything in it contained.
CANCELLATION
Should you be forced to cancel a reservation for any reason and at any moment after the booking confirmation, the following is our cancellation policy, considered agreed upon the reservation time:
until 20 days prior to arrival15% of full rate (down payment)
from 19 to 7 days prior to arrival50% of full rate
less of 7 days prior to arrival100% of full rate
If we were forced to cancel your reservation in the case of force majeure we will contact you immediately and we will refund 100% of the payment already made.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Please let us know the time of your arrival for the check-in in advance. Check-in is generally after 3 pm (15:00 hours). For early arrivals, provided that you have contacted us and that the apartment is available earlier, you may arrange early check-ins or leave your luggage until the apartment is ready. Please contact us a few days before your arrival to inform us of your estimated arrival time, as well as in case of any delays on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 10 o’clock of the departure day. Late departures may also be arranged in advance with us if the apartment is available.
